We had a very enjoyable few days there. The family room was large, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The furniture is modern and functional. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great. Location is OK, close to center and easily accessible by bus or taxi.

Location was central and easy to walk to many points of interest and restaurants. Room was clean and quiet, with lots of light and a nice view. Good bathroom and shower, bed was firm and reasonably comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.

Location was in a good place in the West Central district, walking distance to most major points of interest (e.g., Chikan Tower, Tainan Art Museum, Confucius Temple), as well a tons of food, cafes, and bars. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for two people. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. Shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water.

Staffs are pretty friendly, and you can rent scooter if you have international licenses, if not, they offer bicycles too, it makes the trip of visiting the city more convenient

Very helpful, friendly staff and a good location. We had the superior family room which was comfortable and spacious - was great having a lounge area. Breakfast was mostly Asian options, which we enjoyed.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, very nice and professional staff. Spacious room, exceptionally clean. Tasty breakfast. It was a very nice stay.
